This recipe for cheesecake uses quite a bit of cream cheese to make it so very cheesy and out of this world! I serve w/ fresh berries.

Ingredients For supreme cheeseycake

  • 1-1/2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 5
    8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 5
    eggs
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1-3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    light sour cream

How To Make supreme cheeseycake

    Heat oven to 400. Spray a 10" springform pan w/ cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Press mix into bottom of pan.

    In lg bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs and egg yolks until smooth. Add remaining sugar, flour and sour cream. Pour mix into pan.

    Bake for 10 mins. Reduce heat to 200. Bake 1 hr or until set. Remove from oven, let cool. Keep in refrigerator. Serve w/ fresh berries if desired.
