This recipe was given to me by a friend many years ago. It has become a family favorite during the summer months because it is not too heavy on the stomach.

Ingredients For sunshine cake

  • 1`
    yellow cake mix
  • 1/2` c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    fruit nector (mango, peach, or apricot)

How To Make sunshine cake

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together adding eggs one at a time until smooth. Spray bundt pan with non-stick spray, pour in batter and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan. Invert on plate. Slice and serve.
