1You can get a sugar free Angel food cake, Cut it in half. In a seperate bowl, add your crushed pineapple with the juice, mix in the White Chocolate Instant sugar free Pudding. Mix well, then stir in the cool whip. Place on the cake and then put the top back on and icing the rest of the cake. Put this all over it, even in the hole. THEN you can put on sliced Strawberries or the Mederian Oranges. It decorates beautiful and is so good. Your family will love you and you will be a big hit with this one. Even those that are not diabetic loves this one.
