1Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pan with liners
2Combine flour,baking soda in a bowl. In another bowl cream sugar and butter until creamy then add flour and baking soda slowly. Add milk and vanilla. Beat until mixed well.
3Spoon batter into prepared pan. and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. when cupcakes spring back after touching.
4Remove from oven and let completely cool. About 30 minutes. You can place the cupcakes in the fridge for 15 minutes too.
5While cooling cut the tops of each strawberry and wash. When cool cut the middle out of the cupcake and place the strawberry in the middle. Cut the extra cake off the middle and place cupcake top back on. Repeat for each cupcake.
6Top with whipping cream and garnish chopped strawberries on top of each cupcake.
