This cake came about from People commenting on the Margarita Cake I had submitted. Wondering how it would taste with Strawberry instead. Here is my version of it.
Preheat oven tp 350°. Grease & flour a bundt type cake pan. (I use bakers joy)
Cream Butter & add Eggs one at a time. Add Daduiri Mix & Strawberry puree (see note). Mix Well.
Add Cake & Pudding mixes & mix well.
Pour into prepared pan & bake for 45 - 50 min or until done.
Let cool about 15 minutes before turning out on to plate. let cool about another 10 minutes before Glaze is added.
Stir powdered sugar, melted butter & strawberry puree together (1Tbs @ a time) Until Desired thickness. Drizzle over still warm cake.
*Note* Completely thaw frozen Sliced Strawberries & mix in blender until puree'ed.
