Ingredients For strawberry cake (w/ frosting)

  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 6 Tbsp
    strawberry jello mix
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/3 c
    crisco oil
  • 3
    whole eggs
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 3/4 c
    frozen strawberries
  • STRAWBERRY FROSTING
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    strawberry jello mix
  • 1
    egg white
  • 1/4 c
    frozen strawberries
  • 1 box
    powdered sugar

How To Make strawberry cake (w/ frosting)

    Mix together cake mix, jello mix, water, and oil. Add eggs and egg yolk one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add strawberries. Pour into well-greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 30 minutes.

    To make frosting: Beat ingredients together until creamy and smooth. Although, you may need to add more sugar.
