Ingredients

1 box
white cake mix
1 small
strawberry jello
1 c
crisco oil
4 large
eggs
1/2 c
milk
1 c
frozen strawberries (thawed w/juice)
1 c
pecans - chopped
1 c
coconut, shredded

ICING

1 box
confectioners' sugar
1 stick
butter
1/2 c
frozen strawberries, drained
1/2 c
coconut, shredded
1/2 c
pecans, chopped

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix first 9 ingredients and divide mixture into 3 cake pans. Note: do not mix up cake by box directions use only the dry cake mix!) Fold in pecans and coconut last. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 Minutes or until cake is done.
Remove from oven and let cool.

Icing: Melt butter, add 1/2 cup strawberry's and mix with the confectioner's sugar. Blend, then add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup pecans. Spread on cooled cake. We like this cake refrigerated but doesn't have to be.
