Spiced Zucchini Bread

My mother made this many summers while I was growing up. She would make large batches of them and freeze them. I have eaten other people's zucchini bread over the years, but none were as moist or yummy as mom's. I dug this recipe out after a recent group discussion and thought I would also post it here. I hope you try it and enjoy it as much as I always did. I think I'm going to make some myself! I'll try to remember to add a picture when I make it. Happy baking!
