I looking gingercake not using molasses. I dont have in the kitchen I am diabetic.

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
all purpose flour
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
baking soda
1 1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp
ground allspice
1 1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
4 tsp
ground ginger
3
eggs
1/2 c
maple syrup or sugar-free maple syrup
1/2 c
margarine or butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven 350F. Combine dry ingredients in bowl and lightly whisk together. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Using a rubber spatula a mix wet and dry ingredients until combined.

2Pour in greased 9X5 loaf pan or cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the toothpick inserted come out clean.

3If the top begin to too brown lay sheet of foil on the top prevent burning (I did this a 30 minutes). Allow to cool for one hour before removing from the pan.
