sour milk (you can make sour milk by adding a tbs of vinegar or leman juice to milk and letting stand for a few minutes)
oil (i have made it without oil and it is just as good)
Spray a 9x13 pan with oil (I prefer glass). Preheat oven to 350.
Stir together dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and sugar in a mixer. Add eggs until combined.
Alternate dry ingredients and milk into the mixer until combined.
Pour into the prepared 9x13 pan. Bake for approx. 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
