The is a steamed cooked cake in the Ninja Cooking System. It is light, springy and flavorful cake. Because of the steam cooking this cake uses less sugar and butter but still is so yummy. It is a much 'LITER' version compared to other coffee cakes. I was very happy with the outcome of my first steamed cooked cake. My 3 nephews enjoy this cake but especially my youngest nephew Noah; he loves it! He loves it so much he asked me to make it for his health class presentation food item. He ended up with an A+ 100% grade and they all loved it! Original recipe from Ninja Cookbook.
