Ingredients For sopaipilla cheesecake

  • 2 can
    pillsburry crescent rolls, original
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar, divided
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted

How To Make sopaipilla cheesecake

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350. spray an oblong pyrex dish lightly with Pam. Put 1 can of crescent rolls in pan, pressing seams together, making the crust. Beat the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on top of crust. Put remaining can of rolls on top of cream cheese mixture. Pour butter ontop of that and sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar. bake 30-35 min
