Sock it to Me Cake- Pecan Free Version
package 18.25 ounce yellow cake mix
packed brown sugar
1 1/4 c
sour cream regular or reduced fat only
butter or margarine
1Mix together the cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla. Fold in the sour cream.
2Put half the batter in a bundt pan.
3Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter in the pan. Pout the reaminder of the batter on top.
4Bake at 350 F or 175 C for 70 minutes or until tests done (I use the toothpick test. Stick a toothpick down in the cake. Dry toothpick=done cake)
5Glaze: Mix ingredients and whisk or beat until smooth. Drizzle over the cake while still hot. The more the better for me :-)

Yea the allergy doesn't let me enjoy lots of southern desserts that incorporate pecans somehow. This is a welcome change.
