Ingredients

10 Tbsp
butter, softened

3/4 c
sugar

eggs
1 tsp
strawberry extract
1-3/4 c
self-rising flour
1/4 c
strawberries, finely chopped, drained

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 325. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.

Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in strawberry extract. Stir flour into mix until blended. Fold strawberries into batter.

Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost as desired or eat as is!
