So moist strawberry cupcakes
These are easy to make and so yummy to eat.
- 10 Tbsp
- butter, softened
- 3/4 c
- 1 tsp
- strawberry extract
- 1-3/4 c
- self-rising flour
- 1/4 c
- strawberries, finely chopped, drained
1Heat oven to 325. Spray 12 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy.
2Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in strawberry extract. Stir flour into mix until blended. Fold strawberries into batter.
3Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups. Bake 20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Frost as desired or eat as is!
