Ingredients For snickerdoodle cake

  • CAKE
  • 1 box
    white cake mix
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 stick
    butter, melted
  • 3 lg
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon, ground
  • ICING
  • 1 stick
    butter, room temperature
  • 3 3/4 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon, ground

How To Make snickerdoodle cake

    Mix low speed cake mix milk, butter, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon for 1 minute. Scrape sides and beat 2-3 minutes on medium

    Pour into 2 round cake pans or 9 x 13 cake pan Bake 27-29 minutes according to box instructions. Let cool and ice

    Icing Beat butter until fluffy Add sugar, 3 tbs milk, vanilla and cinnamon Blend on low, increase to medium for 1 minute if using the round cake pans don't forget to ice between the layers
