Slow cooker Hot Fudge Cake

In the mood for something chocolate but not in the mood for baking.Then this is for you! Add some ice cream to it for that sweet tooth .

Ingredients

1 3/4 c
packed brown sugar,divided
1 c
all-purpose flour
6 Tbsp
baking cocoa,divided
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
milk
2 Tbsp
melted butter
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 3/4 c
boiling water
vanilla ice cream

Step-By-Step

1In a bowl combine 1 cup brown sugar,flour,3 tablespoons cocoa,baking powder and salt. In another bowl combine milk,melted butter and vanilla extract. Stir into dry gredients just until combined.
2Spread evenly in a slow cooker coated with cooking soray.Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
3In a bowl combine the remaining brown sugar and cocoa;Stir in boiling water. Pour over batter.(DO NOT STIR !) cover and cook on high for 4 hours or until a tooth pick inserted near center comes out clean.Serve warm with ice cream.
