Scary Halloween Cupcakes

1Prepare cake mix as directed for cupcakes
2Frosting: 1 1/2 Cups Butter, 6 Cups powdered sugar, 1/3 Cup of Milk and 2 teaspoons Vanilla. Beat butter until fluffy, gradually beat in powdered sugar. Add milk and vanilla - beat until fluffy2-3 minutes. Transfer 2 1/2 Cups frosting to seperate bowl and tint with green food coloring. Tint remaining frosting orange in seperate bowl. Alternately spoon heaping tablespoons of green and orange frosting into pastry bag with medium size tip. Gently press sides of pastry bag to blend colors slightly. Pipe frosting over cupcakes for the tie-dye effect. (I also decorated them with scary little plastic Halloween rings and spooky insects that I found at the dollar store!)
