Saucy Apple Swirl Bundt Cake

I know this came out of a magazine many years ago, it is all yellowed and taped to a 3x5 file card. I cannot tell which mag is was now it was so long ago. I have been making this many many years.
To me it is a perfect little coffee cake, and makes up so quick and easy.
It needs no frosting, and is a nice moist little cake.

Ingredients

1/4 c
sugar
2 tsp
cinnamon
17 oz
yellow cake mix, i like pillsbury
1 2/3 c
applesauce
3 large
eggs

Step-By-Step

1Spray the insides of a bundt cake pan with non stick spray liberally.

2Blend cinnamon and sugar, and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of this on the inside of the pan, reserve rest for the cake.

3Blend cake mix, applesauce, and eggs until well blended. Beat according to package directions.

4Set aside 1 1/2 cups batter.

5Pour remaining batter into prepared pan.

6Sprinkle the reserved sugar cinnamon mixture over batter.

7Top with reserved batter.

8Bake in a pre heated 350° oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until done.

9Cool in the cake pan, top side up for 15 minutes, the invert on a serving platter.
