Rum Cake with Butter Rum Glaze
The best rum cake I have ever had!
And the butter rum glaze just sets it off.
Bake at 350 for 30 min. or untill nice and golden
In small pan melt butter, the add water,sugar.( DO NOT ADD THE RUM AT THIS POINT)
Cook on med heat till boiling, stir all the time!
Reduce heat to a simmer, and stir for 5 min.
Then remove from heat, add the rum.
When cake comes out put on plate and glaze.
I like to glaze it with a brush.
