- sifted 10x cofectioners' sugar
1Beat egg whites with lemon juice until foamy white in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2Add 10X confectioners sugar gradually, beating until frosting stands in firm peaks and is stiff enough to hold a sharp line when cut through with a knife.
3Spread on favorite cake and serve.
