Ingredients For ricotta cake ~ quick dessert

  • 1 pkg
    duncan hines yellow pudding cake mix
  • 1 lg
    container of ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice (add to ricotta)
  • 1 c
    sugar (add to ricotta)

How To Make ricotta cake ~ quick dessert

    Mix the 4 eggs, 1 1/2 tsp. of lemon and 1 cup of sugar , 1 large container of Ricotta and put in the bottom of the 13" x 9" baking pan .

    Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan Make the cake mix according to directions on box , pour over the Ricotta mixture in a 13x9" pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 Hour ~

    I sprinkle with confectioner's sugar! Delish
