1/2 cbutter or margerine

1-1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

2 cflour

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 cmilk

2 tspvanilla

2 cdiced rhubarb

1/2 csugar

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make rhubarb cake

1Cream shortening, sugar, eggs....then alternate dry ingredient with milk. Add vanilla and rhubarb. Mix well, pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the top of the batter with 1/2 cup white sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon mixed. Bake at 350 deg for 30 - 35 minutes.
