I wish Rhubarb grew year round so I could make this anytime!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softned
1 1/2 c
brown sugar
2
eggs
1 c
sour cream
2 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking soda
2 c
chopped, raw, rhubarb
1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
ground cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Mix in order given, folding in the 2 cups of rhubarb last. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Top with mixture of sugar and cinnamon before baking. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
