Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Mini Cheesecakes
|3/4 c||graham crackers, crushed|
|3 Tbsp||butter, melted|
|14||miniture peanut butter cups-(not the really tiny, unwrapped ones)|
|16 oz||cream cheese, room temperature|
|2||eggs, room temperature|
|2 tsp||vanilla extract|
|1/2 c||reese's peanut butter chips|
|1/2 c||chocolate chips|
|2 tsp||canola oil- divided|

DirectionsPreheat oven to 350*. Place muffin liners in a 12 cup muffin pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter together with a fork until crumbly. Place a heaping tablespoon of mix into each cup of pan. Press down with back of spoon.Unwrap 14 Reese's mini PB cups, 12 for the recipe, and 2 for you to eat now...LOL. Place one candy in each of the muffin cups.Beat softened cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar, flour, vanilla and eggs mixing well. Place approx. 1/4 cup of cream cheese mixture over the candy and crumbs cups. Bake 20-25 min. Let cool;In 2 separate microwave safe bowls; place the 2 flavors of chips, with 1 tsp. oil in each bowl, microwave just until melted and smooth; With a fork drizzle the melted PB mixture over the cheesecake cups; followed by a drizzle of chocolate over each of the 12 cups; Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve; (If they last long enough to chill!!)
