Pumpkin Tea Cake with Honey Cream

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
plus 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2
eggs
1 1/4 c
sugar
1/2 c
melted butter
15 oz
can of pumpkin
4 Tbsp
butter
4 oz
cream cheese
2 Tbsp
honey
1/2 c
confectioners' sugar

Step-By-Step

1Whisk flour,baking soda,salt and pumpkin pie spice

2In another bowl whisk eggs,sugar,melted butter and pumpkin until blended.

3Fold in dry ingredients till blended.

4Pour batter into greased 9x5 loaf pan or a square pan Bake one hour at 350 till golden.

5For Honey cream: beat butter,cream cheese,honey and confectioners sugar till smooth. Serve on top of slices.
