Pumpkin Madeleine Cake Balls
pumpkin, canned or cooked
(each) cinnamon, all spice, nutmeg and cloves
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING- Blend butter, cream cheese, powder sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Crumble madeleines into bowl. Add pumpkin, cream cheese frosting and all seasonings and stir until well blended.
Form into 1 inch balls and place on lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Melt white chocolate in large bowl and one at a time dip into chocolate. Put sprinkles on while still wet. And place in refrigerator until hard.
