Another twist on "Ooey Gooey" Cake, just in time for fall.

Ingredients

CAKE

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1 large
egg
1 stick
butter, melted

FILLING

8 oz
cream cheese, softened
15 oz
can pumpkin (solid pack)
3 large
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 stick
butter, melted
1 box
powdered sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine cake mix, egg and melted butter with an electric mixer. Pat the mix into the bottom of a lightly greased 9"x13" cake pan. Set aside

FILLING:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and butter; beat together.

Next add the powdered sugar cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Spread pumpkin mixture over cake batter.

Bake at 350-degrees for 40-50 minutes. Make sure not to over bake center should be a little gooey.

Serve with fresh homemade whipped cream.
