This is a very good stand in for a last minute pumpkin pie tasting dessert! It is fast and easy! Some of my guests and family have stated "this is as good or better than pumpkin pie!"

Ingredients For pumpkin dessert
- CRUST

1 pkgyellow cake mix

1/2 cmelted butter or margarine

1egg
- FILLING
-
2/3 cmilk
-
2eggs
-
1 canpumpkin (15 ounce)

1 tspcinnamon
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
1/4 tspground cloves
- STREUSEL TOPPING
-
1 creserved crust mix

1/4 csugar
-
1/4 cbutter or margarine, don't melt
How To Make pumpkin dessert

1Mix the first three ingredients together, RESERVE 1 cup of this mixture; and pat remainder in an ungreased 9x13 pan.

2Beat eggs,milk, pumpkin, and spices until well incorporated. Pour on top of the unbaked crust.

3Mix the last three ingredients until crumbly and put on top of filling as a topping.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Serve warm or cool. Very good with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
