This is a very good stand in for a last minute pumpkin pie tasting dessert!

It is fast and easy!

Some of my guests and family have stated "this is as good or better than pumpkin pie!"

Ingredients

CRUST

1 pkg
yellow cake mix
1/2 c
melted butter or margarine
1
egg

FILLING

2/3 c
milk
2
eggs
1 can(s)
pumpkin (15 ounce)
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/4 tsp
ground cloves

STREUSEL TOPPING

1 c
reserved crust mix
1/4 c
sugar
1/4 c
butter or margarine, don't melt

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix the first three ingredients together, RESERVE 1 cup of this mixture; and pat remainder in an ungreased 9x13 pan.

Beat eggs,milk, pumpkin, and spices until well incorporated. Pour on top of the unbaked crust.

Mix the last three ingredients until crumbly and put on top of filling as a topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Serve warm or cool. Very good with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
