- vegetable oil

- of 100% pure pumpkin

- of whipped cream cheese frosting
1pour cake and how ever much eggs and oil the mix calls for, in a bowl. But omit water (for now)
2add pumpkin and 1 cup of water and mix with a electric had beater at medium speed for 2 min or with a whisk for 2 min. Making sure every thing is well mixed together.
You may add more water if batter looks dry, but no more than what the mix requares.
3Poor into paper lined cupcake pan(s)
Bake @ 350 degrees for 15-25 min or until cupcakes are done.
4Let cool completely. Then frost with whipped cream cheese frosting.
