So quick and easy! I cut this up, place it in a freezer container with wax paper between the layers. You can then take out a few pieces at a time. It thaws within a very few minutes and is great! I always make a double batch.

Ingredients

carrot cake mix
1/4 c
butter (or margerine) melted
1
egg
1 c
canned pumpkin pie mix

Directions Step-By-Step

In a large bowl place melted butter, egg and canned pumpkin pie mix and mix togegether (I just use a fork)

Add boxed carrot cake mix and stir until well blended.

Pour onto a cookie sheet (I spray my pan with PAM) and bake 12 - 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Cool and frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
