I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin bread but this cake is the best!

Ingredients

1 1/4 c
oil
4
eggs
2 c
sugar
2 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
2 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
3 tsp
cinnamon

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

8 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 stick
butter or margarine
1 tsp
vanilla
1 box
confectioners' sugar

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour one tube or Bundt pan.

2In a mixing bowl, beat oil and eggs with an electric mixer until creamy. Add the sugar and pumpkin; beat well. Combine dry ingredients and slowly add this mixture to the egg mixture; mix until combined.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool on a wire rack. Once cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

4For frosting, beat the cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add the box of confectioner's sugar and beat until fluffy.
