Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
1 c
vegetable oil
1 c
boiled pumpkin puree
1 1/2 c
sugar
3
eggs
6 Tbsp
yoghurt
1/2 c
walnuts, chopped
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
vanilla powder
1/8 tsp
salt
1/8 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a cake pan.

2combine the sugar and eggs with a electronic mixer for 4 min. add oil slowly and beat. add yogurt and mix. then add pumpkin puree and walnuts and beat them slowly.

3combine flour, baking powder, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and grated nutmeg in another bowl.

4slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet .

5Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 60 minutes, until a cake tester comes out clean.
