Ingredients For pumpkin bars for holidays

1 coil

2 1/4 csugar

1 can(16oz) pumpkin

2 cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 1/2 tspcinnamon, ground

1 tspbaking soda

1 cchopped nuts, optional
- CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

1 pkg(3oz) cream cheese, softened

6 Tbspbutter, softened
-
1 Tbsphalf and half
-
2 cpowdered sugar

1 tspsalt
How To Make pumpkin bars for holidays

1Heat oven 350. Grease 17x11" jellyroll pan

2Beat eggs, oil and sugar; mix in pumpkin. Mix together dry ingredients; stir into egg mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased jellyroll pan. Bake 20 to 30 minutes. Spread with Cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into bars. Makes 40 Bars.

3CREAM CHEESE FROSTING: Beat cream cheese with butter until creamy; add rest of ingredients, beating until creamy.
