Place the decorating tip into a plastic decorator bag, almost any plastic bag will do. Glide the tip to the end of the plastic bag. Using a spatula, fill the bag with frosting. Snip about 2 centimeters off the end(corner) of the bag with scissors, about half the length of decorating tip. Squeeze the top of the bag slightly to move the frosting down the bag to the tip. Apply pressure to the bag by squeezing gently. Your frosting will flow easily from the top.
