8 oz. cream cheese (not low fat)
Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese until fluffy. At least 3 minutes of mixing with mixer.
Add eggs and flour alternately beating after each addition. Add flavoring last.
Pour int o a greased floured bundt pan. Place in a cold oven and set temp to 325 degrees F. Bake for 1 hour before checking doneness.
