Pork and Bean Cake

1 15 oz can of pork and beans
1 8 oz can of crushed pineapple w/juice
2 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
2 c flour

Recipe given by a great friend. Very easy, just do not tell your family or guests what is in it till they have eaten it...it keeps them guessing...

Mash whole can of pork and beans in bowl.
Put rest of ingredients in bowl and mix together.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 45 min. (check with toothpick). Let cool. Top with cool whip or vanilla icing.

Wow, I'm all for trying new and unusual things, so as strange as this sounds, I think just for sheer curiosity's sake, I'm going to seriously have to consider making this.......lol
