POPOVERS MADE EASY (SALLYE)

- 1 Tbsp
- 1 c
- sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp
1Preheat oven to 400º
Thoroughly grease muffin tin or popover pans
2Place all ingredients in food processor
Run on puree for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.
3Fill each muffin cup 1/2 full of dough.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and pierce top of each popover with skewer to release steam.
Turn off oven and return pan to oven for approximately 5 minutes.
4May be infuzed with any kind of custard, whip cream or ice cream after allowed to cool.
