Ingredients

1 c
milk
3 large
eggs
1 Tbsp
butter
1 c
sifted flour
1/2 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 400ยบ

Thoroughly grease muffin tin or popover pans

Place all ingredients in food processor

Run on puree for approximately 30 seconds until smooth.

Fill each muffin cup 1/2 full of dough.

Bake for 40 minutes.

Remove from oven and pierce top of each popover with skewer to release steam.

Turn off oven and return pan to oven for approximately 5 minutes.

May be infuzed with any kind of custard, whip cream or ice cream after allowed to cool.
