Ingredients

4 Quarts popped pop corn
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c wesson oil
1 # small marshmellows
1 sm pkg spiced gumdrops ( no black) cut in half
1 lg sack- m&m's with out peanuts
1 can(s) peanuts, salted and without skins broken up

This is one of the cakes my Daughter loves to have as filled with all kinds of goodies

 

Directions

Melt margarine, oil and marshmellows together. In large pan add pop corn,gumdrops,peanuts and m&m's. Pour marg mix over popcorn mix and mix together. put into well greased tube pan, pat down, don't over pack. cover with seran and tinfoil, cool. Take out of pan and keep covered.

Colleen It really is good with all of the candies and nuts in it. I'm sure your grandchildren will like it. After it gets cool you cut it just like you would a cake. I usually keep it wrapped in seran and tinfoil so won't dry out.

You don't bake it. You melt margarine, wesson oil, and marshmellows together. I do it in the microwave, but watch it real close and stir every once in awhile to make sure all is melted together. By that time you should already have the m&m,nuts and spiced gumdrops in the popcorn. Pour the marshmellow mix in now and mix real good then put it into your tube pan (angel food cake Pan) press down until pretty solid then cover. I hope you enjoy it Colleen

Leila, one of my friends makes this every christmas and it is so good. I have a pic of hers on one of my christmas postings.
They really are a great little dessert, not only do my Grandchildren like it so do I...I could eat half the cake if I'd let myself.
