This is a wonderful dense and moist cake. Its great with coffee anytime of day or even for breakfast. I hope you will love it as much as we do.

Ingredients

1 box
white cake mix
2 small pkg
instant pistaccio pudding
1/2 c
milk
1/2 c
cooking oil
1/2 c
water
5
eggs
3/4 c
powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350* Then prepare a Bundt pan for baking I use the cooking spray and then you don't need to flour.

First mix dry ingredients, cake mix and pudding

Then add wet ingredients milk, oil, water, eggs all at once to the dry ingredients.

Once all of the ingredients are in the bowl start mixing. Do not over beat this you want a thick dense batter for a rich moist cake.

Bake time approx. 50-60 minutes check with toothpick

After the cake has been cooled dust liberally with powdered sugar.
