1/2 cbrown sugar

8 1/2 ozpineapple, canned or fresh

1 1/4 cflour

1 csugar
-
1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 t tspsalt

3/4 cmilk

1/3 cshortening

1 lgegg

How To Make pineapple upside down cake

1Melt butter in a round cake pan. Sprikle brown sugar over melted butter. Place pineapple over sugar.

2Mix remaining ingredients together on low speed with a hand mixer. Increase speed to high speed for three minutes, scaping bowl occasionally. Pour over pineapple. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 - 45 mintue or until toothpick comes out clean.
