Ingredients

1 box
yellow cake mix
1 can(s)
large can crushed pineapple
1 14 oz
can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz
tub whipped topping ( cool whip)
1 7 oz
bag coconut

Directions Step-By-Step

Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Drain Pineapple and mix 1/2 of the can into the batter. Bake as directed on box.

With fork, Poke holes in 1 inch intervals into warm cake. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over cake. Set aside and allow to cool completely.

In a bowl combine 3/4 bag of coconut ( more or less to taste) and remaining Pineapple. Mix well.

Spread whipped topping (cool whip) over cake. Sprinkle coconut mixture over cake evenly and refrigerate to set. ( about 2 hours)
