Beat 2 eggs until light and fluffy. Add 1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, flour, sugar, brown sugar, and baking soda. Mix well. Add walnuts, chopped but not finely. Pour into ungreased 13X9X2" pan. Bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven for about 45 to 50 minutes. Cool.
Frost with cream cheese frosting or buttercream frosting. Or serve it plain. My great-grandmother put little ginger in the cream cheese frosting.
