Ingredients

2 c
all purpose flour
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 tsp
soda
1/2 tsp
salt

eggs
1 can(s)
#2 can of crushed pineapple (including juice)
1 c
brown sugar (lightly packed)
1 c
pecan pieces
1 stick
oleo or your favorite marg.
1 c
evaporated milk (any brand)
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
white sugar

9 X 13 PAN (PYREX)

350 DEGREES

BAKE FOR 45 MINS.

MIX FOLLOWING INGREDS TOGETHER:

FLOUR, 2 C FLOUR, 1 1/2 C SUGAR, 1 TSP SODA, 1/2 TSP SALT

THEN ADD: EGGS, PINEAPPLE (INCLUDING JUICE)

WHEN ABOVE INGREDS. ARE THOROUGHLY MIXED TOGETHER, POUR INTO A GREASED PAN.

MIX TOGETHER:

BRN SUGAR, NUTS

SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BATTER

BAKE 45 MINS AT 350 DEGREES

HAVE READY BY TIME CAKE IS DONE:

IN SAUCEPAN:

OLEO, OR ANY MARG. IF DESIRE, 1 C EVAP. MILK, 1/2 C WH. SUGAR, 1 TSP VANILLA

BRING THIS TO ROLLING BOIL, THEN POUR OVER CAKE

WHILE BOTH ARE PIPING HOT.

SERVE PLAIN OR WITH COOL WHIP OR DREAM WHIP
