Ingredients For pineapple cake

2eggs, beaten light & fluffy

120-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained

1 cbrown sugar

1 cchopped walnuts

2 cflour
-
1 cgranulated sugar

2 tspbaking soda
How To Make pineapple cake

1Mix altogether by hand. Spread batter in ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 mins. Cool. Cover with cream-cheese frosting:

2Cream-cheese frosting: 1 3 oz. package cream-cheese, softened. 1/4 cup margarine or butter 1 tsp. vanilla Add 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 tsp.ginger. Beat well with electric mixer. (May add coconut if desired). Spread on cooled cake.
