Our daughter is a ginger. She can't decide if she is a ginger because she LOVES pumpkin or if she LOVES pumpkin because she is a ginger! Dilemma!

Ingredients

BARS

4
eggs, beaten
2 c
granulated sugar
1 c
vegetable oil
1 1/2 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking soda
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
ground cinnamon

ICING

1 - 3 oz pkg
cream cheese
1 tsp
vanilla extract
3/4 stick
margarine
1 Tbsp
milk
2 c
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Bars:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.
2Pour into lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan.
3Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost
4ICING:
Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Forst cooled bars. Cut into squares.
