Ingredients For pear cake

2 csugar

1 1/2 cvegetable oil

3eggs

3 cflour

1 tspcinnamon

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

2 tspvanilla

2 cflaked coconut
-
1 cchopped dates
-
3 craw or canned pears
-
1 cpecans, chopped
How To Make pear cake

1Cream together sugar and oil. Add eggs one at at ime, mixing well after each. Set aside

2Sift flour with cinnamon, salt and soda, 3 times then add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, mix. Add coconut, dates, pecans and pears - stirring by hand.

3Pour into greased and floured bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1.5 - 2 hours until cake tests done with wooden toothpick. Cool on rack at least 15 minutes in pan then turn out and cool completely.
