How To Make peanut butter fudge icing

  in a bowl combine peanut butter, butter and vanilla.

  add 1 cup confectioners sugar, stirring it in well making sure no lumps.

  slowly add milk keeping mixture smooth. add more confectioners sugar a little at the time, until you get the consistency you like.

  spread over cake.

  *note* you can add a table spoon of cocoa powder if you want a chocolate/peanut butter icing.
