Peanut butter, chocolate and coconut all together, AND ice cream! What's not to like??

This is like a peanut butter cookie with a filling!!!

Topped with Ice Cream, drizzled with chocolate...I'm in heaven!

Inspired from a recipe I found for Peanut Butter Lover's Chocolate Bars.

Thank you Sherri Logan Williams for naming this recipe! And thank you Colleen for some of the crazy names you came up with that kept us in stitches with laughter! I needed that!
