2 ccrushed peanut brittles,divided
- CARAMEL FROSTING

1 cwhipped topping

3/4 ccubed cream cheese

1/2 chalf and half

1 ccaramel ice cream topping
How To Make peanut brittle cake with caramel frosting

1Beat peanut butter,cream cheese and margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy;gradually add brown sugar and eggs,beating well.

2Combine flour and next 3 ingredients:stir well with a whisk.Add to peanut butter mixture alternately with half and half,beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix batter just until blended after each addition. Stir in vanilla and 1 cup crushed peanut brittles.

3For the frosting;in a medium bowl,combine whipped topping,cream cheese,half and half and caramel ice cream topping;mix well until blended and creamy.Chill for 30 minutes.

4Pour batter into a 13-x 9-x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Cool completely on a wire rack.Spread the frosting over cooled cake and sprinkle with remaining crushed peanut brittles.
